LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!
This week the puppies are learning to do things without their mother. As you can see, they already know how to climb steps. They want to be where ever we are, and Anna and Amy went up the stairs to see if the puppies would follow. In the following photos you will see how much they need to be with people during this important developmental stage.

PUPPIES
If you are wondering why we have certain days for visiting and puppy pick-up...it is because we are a very active family. As you can see from our blog, almost everyday our family or friends come to swim or play! This is excellent for the puppies socialization. When we have more than one litter here at once, some of you will be scheduled for a visit, while others are scheduled for puppy pick-up! The last few weeks we have the puppies are very intense. We not only take the puppies somewhere everyday, but spend a tremendous amount of time with them individually, so we can determine their personalities. We hope you can understand this when trying to schedule your visit and pick up date. We would love to be able to spend more time with you, our valuable clients, and allow you to come for random visits, but we have decided to have more litters so most of you don't have to wait so long for a puppy. In this, our time is limited, as we still have to fit in swim and band practice, parades, speech for Amy, and the normal dentist/doctor things a young family has. Thank you for understanding and trying to make it on the scheduled days for visits and puppy pick up day! I hope this blog makes it easier for you to stay in touch with the puppies.

TROUBLE WITH DIGGING?
For those of you who have a puppy or dog and are having trouble with it digging, check out liquid fence. My sister used it for her dog and the digging up of her beautiful flowers has stopped. You can find it at www.liquidfence.com

LILLY HAD 12 PUPPIES!
We are very thankful for eight females, four males! All are healthy and thriving. The first puppy was born June 9 at 3:00 a.m and the last puppy was delivered at 5:00 p.m! A long day for Lilly, but she is an excellent mother, and doing well!
